  • Processing Time: Orders are processed in 2โ€“5 business days. During peak times (holidays or promotions), this may extend to 6 business days.

  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $6.99 applies to all orders.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by region and fulfillment center:

  • United States: 8 โ€“ 14 business days

  • Canada, UK, Australia: 10 โ€“ 16 business days

  • Other International Locations: 14 โ€“ 21 business days

While we strive for timely delivery, customs or high-demand seasons may slightly affect timing.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, youโ€™ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Note: Tracking may take 1โ€“3 business days to update, and a delay doesnโ€™t mean the order is lost.

4. International Shipments & Customs

  • Shipments outside your home country are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning youโ€™ll be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

  • Note: Terullzowโ„ข is not responsible for delays due to customs.

5. Changes or Cancellations

To change shipping details or cancel your order, contact us at service@homivaw.com within 12 hours of purchase. Orders in processing cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Weโ€™re committed to your satisfaction:

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, send a photo within 72 hours and weโ€™ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Lost Packages: If the carrier confirms your order is lost, weโ€™ll replace it for free.
